London Fashion Week, February 18th

And so London Fashion Week is over and all the action has moved to Milan. Nevertheless the last day is always intense, busy and crowded, shows are still happening, street style is still being photographed. It's almost impossible to imagine that only the next morning Somerset House will transform itself into its usual self, the BFC tent will be gone and not a single photographer will be hunting anyone down anymore.

As for my last outfit, I chose to wear this punky cool CeMe London dress paired with a faux fur vest and comfy biker boots. I'm probably going to repeat myself but I love dresses that can be worn many different ways and transform depending on the accessories. For example, change biker boots to heels and this dress will bring you from day to evening. Wear it with a tailored blazer and it's perfect for a day in the office.

We got so lucky with the weather yesterday that for once I was actually super warm outside and it felt like the sun is becoming more and more powerful. I got a chance to catch up with my emails and social media right then and there. By the way how cool is this Helmer iPad sleeve? They have such a great selection of accessories of every colour to match any outfit!

So, bye bye London Fashion Week! This time it hasn't been too easy (being ill all the way through) but it's still been so much fun! Hope you guys have enjoyed my LFW diary xx

How To Wear: Stripes

Hi guys! Today I want to talk about stripes and how to wear them.

Stripes (especially horizontal) can be tricky and they can play a bad joke on you. When choosing a stripy top, dress or trousers think about your body type and be careful not to 'cut' your body in wrong and weird places. Remember that horizontal stripes are likely to make you look wider and bigger than you actually are while vertical ones will do just the opposite and will visually slim you down. That said if you wear a monotone (black in my case) coat or jacket, horizontal stripes become less of a danger.

For my outfit I decided to go monochrome and minimalistic. A simple look like this needs the right choice of accessories to breath more life into it. I added a bit of a grunge feeling with the studded biker boots and an oversized chain necklace.

I was thinking of making more of HOW TO posts in the future, so please email me if you have any specific trends, occasions or items that you'd like me to discuss. Think boyfriend jeans, neon accessories, hats as well as dressing for an interview, for a party, etc. You name it!

Looking forward to hearing from you! xo

Welcome to Sweden

Happy Friday from Sweden! I am currently in the pretty town called Norrkoping and it's just so different to good old London! I keep thinking that everything looks like a part of a toy house here, what with all the colourful buildings and cute decorations everywhere on the streets. I am gonna make a special post showing this town in all its beauty and believe me, it will make you smile!

I am wearing my favourite Chinti and Parker stripes with cropped Gap jeans (for those who've been asking me, this jeans style is called Sexy Boyfriend in the store) paired with silk espdarilles and a neon bag. This outfit is very casual and perfect for long walks.

What is your most comfortable attire?

Let me know and come back shortly for more! xx
