Maxi

Hi Monday! Hi guys! How was your weekend? We've had such warm and sunny days here in London recently. I spent all day yesterday tanning in the park, watching football, eating ice-cream and of course babysitting Diego. Purrrfect weekend!

I wore this SUNDRY maxi dress to visit our friend's allotment. It's located just 10 minutes walk from Highgate station and, once there, you forget that you are still in the city. I am quite a gardener myself so to see so many flowers, fruits, berries and veggies excited me a lot. It felt like I'm back home at my Grandma's gardens.

This outfit is perfect for a day out like this one. Since I discovered SUNDRY I can't get enough of their effortlessly cool Californian style. And I still have a couple more SUNDRY things to show you.

Hopefully this week I can give you a more exact date of my RELAUNCH. Sooooo excited and can't wait! Stay with me guys and you will have a totally new experience on my blog soon!

Have a great week! xo

Summer Blues

Hello lovely people! It's Friday and I bet all of you have something nice planned for the weekend - whether it's traveling, partying or just chilling in front of TV. I'll definitely be watching some football and entertaining my baby Diego. He is a tiny, two months old kitten who joined our family on Monday. Since then my days have been filled with kitten activities, making sure he is getting used to his new home, litter training (successfully!) and keeping him happy and safe. I've had lots of half slept nights since Monday as Diego is up at 5am every morning for an hour, biting and scratching everything near him (including me) before finally going back to sleep around 6am. But I am so happy we have him! Life with a pet is so much better! Take a look at my Instagram (@juliashutenko) to  keep up with the #LifeOfDiego.

As for this outfit, blue has always been topping the list of my favourite colours. This look is just another proof of that. London is warm right now and this Sundry light dress is perfect for the weather. Its' colour makes me happy every time I look at it and it's definitely going to be a go-to piece this Summer. And how cool are these Oxydo sunnies? Again, this blue is to die for and I can't stop wearing them.

Also, we are at the last stages of my blogs' RELAUNCH, it should happen by the end of this month, so keep an eye on my updates.

Have a great day,

Julia xo

Kingly Court

One more flashback to my long hair days before you'll never see me like this again.  This was shot a day before my haircut in the cutest Central London spot, Kingly Court. I'm really into colourful houses lately and the more I look around me the more of them I notice. There is something about this kind of architecture that makes me feel like I'm on the holiday. By the way, have you planned any trips for this Summer? Let me know your destinations!

My outfit was created out of necessity to stay warm (hence my wool cardigan) and trying to be a bit more boho than I normally am (hence the double flowing tops and arm party). The jewellery I'm wearing is from NOWSEEN.com and is perfect to satisfy all of your #armswag and festival style needs.

I hope all of you are having a great day! Come back soon to see my new haircut in action.

PS. Thank you for all of your compliments and nice comments about my new hair.

Parking It

Hi everyone! I hope you've been better than I was these past few days. I've been feeling unwell since the last weekend but am on the speedy road to recovery now. I'm pretty sure that all the stress I've been through and some other factors caused my extreme weakness, so I've adopted a very healthy eating and exercising regime for this condition to never repeat again. There is lots of pomegranate and beetroot juice in my life these days to say the least.

So on a happier note, here is a post we shot one weekend ago before the endless rain came to London. This is a very low key outfit that I put together for a picnic in the park. Light, soft fabrics, oversized cuts and no make-up are the ingredients of a comfy afternoon. Add to that lots of tasty food, some refreshing drinks and the latest magazines and what more can you want from a chilled Sunday?

As I'm getting better now I'll start shooting lots again. There are so many things I want to show you. And after this upcoming Saturday you will also see the NEW me. So keep an eye on my Instagram (@juliashutenko).

Have a great Wednesday ya'll! xo
