London Fashion Week, February 18th

And so London Fashion Week is over and all the action has moved to Milan. Nevertheless the last day is always intense, busy and crowded, shows are still happening, street style is still being photographed. It's almost impossible to imagine that only the next morning Somerset House will transform itself into its usual self, the BFC tent will be gone and not a single photographer will be hunting anyone down anymore.

As for my last outfit, I chose to wear this punky cool CeMe London dress paired with a faux fur vest and comfy biker boots. I'm probably going to repeat myself but I love dresses that can be worn many different ways and transform depending on the accessories. For example, change biker boots to heels and this dress will bring you from day to evening. Wear it with a tailored blazer and it's perfect for a day in the office.

We got so lucky with the weather yesterday that for once I was actually super warm outside and it felt like the sun is becoming more and more powerful. I got a chance to catch up with my emails and social media right then and there. By the way how cool is this Helmer iPad sleeve? They have such a great selection of accessories of every colour to match any outfit!

So, bye bye London Fashion Week! This time it hasn't been too easy (being ill all the way through) but it's still been so much fun! Hope you guys have enjoyed my LFW diary xx

London Fashion Week, February 17th

One more day of London Fashion Week and one more look. This time I have embraced the candy colour trend that's been going on for a while now. And what girl could resist mixing baby blue and baby pink? Especially when its fashion week and all experiments are more than welcome.

I love the pink collar detail on this Traffic People dress and how the rest of it is so gently neutral. Its colour serves as a great canvas allowing pastels to complement each other rather than clash. And how pretty is this shade of blue? One look at it and you feel all warm, cozy and cute.

We've been lucky with some dryer weather these past couple of days and fingers crossed that last day of London Fashion Week won't disappoint us either. There are more shows to attend and more beautiful clothes to wear. So, as usual, come back tomorrow for one more dose of fashion xo

London Fashion Week, February 16th (Part II)

So as promised here is part II of yesterday's LFW experience. After the first bunch of shows I headed back home to change before hitting some of the evening events. I have prepared quite a few dresses as a part of my fashion week wardrobe but it takes some creativity to style them in February. You want to make dresses justice and show them in all their beauty and at the same time you want to stay warm.

So here is my solution to the problem. I have paired this gorgeous summery Emma Louise London dress with a fluffy coat and I felt like they complemented each other rather well. This dress is so versatile and can be styled in so many different ways. I am wearing it with my biker boots but it will look absolutely gorgeous with heels, sandals or flats too! Wear it with or without stockings depending on the season and have a blast while trying it with all sorts of different jackets and blazers.

Hope that you are enjoying my adventures so far and come back tomorrow for more xx

Leather Weather

Leather clothes and leather detailing have been under the fashion spotlight for several seasons now and according to the SS14 Fashion Week it ain't going nowhere. I have never sported too many leather clothes but when it comes to the details I'm all in. I am in to the point that I found myself wearing leather sleeves on top of leather sleeves which sounds slightly too much, but works perfectly well with this particular outfit.

As I already warned you in the previous post, I have developed a crush for dresses of this simple but perfect cut. This particular little black dress is a must for any season and occasion. You can wear it casually like I did, or you can put on heels and turn it into an evening outfit. And it will work perfectly well with black tights when the weather changes. The leather sleeves of the dress adds coolness and fun to it, which is exactly what I am always looking for in the LBD.

And when it comes to this denim jacket it was love at first sight! I can see myself wearing it with almost any clothes that I own and if there is one wardrobe must I would recommend, this jacket would be it. There is something about its colour, style and shape that make me feel so good about myself when I am wearing it.

What is your favourite item of clothing for the season? Let me know x
