GUESS True Blue

Who could resist an invitation to preview a new Guess accessories collection and get their nails done at the Cowshed spa? I definitely couldn't and had a great time. You probably don't remember but a year ago I shared a similar post with you guys and as you can see I was as excited back then as I am now. It's becoming a nice July tradition!

The new collection is called GUESS True Blue and has an amazing variety of accessories. I love love love blue denim watches! Also, my outfit matched the topic of the event perfectly with my denim dungarees and blue shirt. Dungarees are such a must in everyone's wardrobes! There are tons of ways to style them and they can be worn on so many occasions.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

White Jeans

You can call me old fashioned but I reserve my white denim for the sunniest of spring/summer days. This is one of the items in my wardrobe that sleeps all the way through the winter and only comes back when it's warm, dry and beautiful outside. And the weather is just right these days.

But it's not just the weather that made me wear these white jeans. It's the fact that I got them just last week and couldn't wait any longer to show them to you. They are very cool and come from LA denim brand Koral. My relationship with these jeans started the moment I noticed the knee detailing which made them look slightly biker and not like any other white jeans I've seen so far. I never owned a pair of white jeans that I was absolutely happy with before. So the fact that I found these makes me very excited. And this stripy ensemble is just the beginning of the styling journey these jeans will take me on.

Hope everyone is having a good week x

Flowers in My Bag

Oh London! You are so warm and sunny these days. You leave no reason for anyone to complain about the weather. Fingers crossed it's going to stay this way.

Being in the mood for all things spring and colour I couldn't resist bringing some beautiful props into this shoot. I love spring's first flowers and always make sure to decorate my home with fresh bouquets. It makes so much difference to be surrounded by these pretty reminders.

So here is my take on yet another casual chic outfit that is perfect for a cosy weekend stroll and visits to the flower market. Every time I find a new way to style boyfriend jeans it amazes me of the versatility of this garment. If I go back and put together a collage of all the times I wore them it would be a quite impressive 'Wear it 100 different ways' kind of guide.

This is looking to be a very busy week for me, so stay tuned for my updates from all the events I am going to attend. I am going to try and show them to you here as well as on the Instagram (@juliashutenko).

Have a great week everyone xx

White and Denim

missguided ear cuff and gap white shirt

Hey guys! Just a quick outfit post from the sunniest London. Hope everyone is having an amazing Sunday! I had the best time with Mom and we were so lucky with this weather. It's been so warm that I kept wondering whether I'm still in London or on some exotic vacation (check my Instagram for the proof @juliashutenko). Fingers crossed this weather is here to stay.

This outfit is my version of a casual smart look that would have been completely classic if it wasn't for the boyfriend jeans and the oversized cut of the shirt. Ear cuff brought a bit of an edgy feeling to the whole thing which I am such a fan of. These red heels that I brought back from New York a couple of seasons ago keep doing their job and making me feel chic no matter what I am wearing them with. All in all, this is a great outfit for both work days and weekends.

Let me know how was your weekend, what you've seen and where you've been xx

Dungarees

denim river island dungarees

I love, love, love being able to dress lighter already! And it's only the beginning of March! London has been spoiling us with some pretty high temperatures lately and I am obsessively checking my iPhone weather app to make sure it's not going to change. So far so good.

I have already started a process of switching my winter wardrobe with the spring/summer one and guess what was one thing I forgot I have? My favorite denim dungarees! I got them last year and didn't have enough time to get used to their presence before it got cold and I couldn't walk with my bare ankles any longer. So this season I have plenty of different ideas on how to style them and this look is just the beginning.

For this outfit I felt like mixing bright prints (it can be tricky sometimes, so my advice is to be bold and brave). And this oversized scarf just added some more coolness to the entire look.

By the way, have you seen my interview where I share my fashion tips and talk about new Look Again collection? You can watch it HERE.

PS.  My Mom is coming to London today! I am a happy girl xx
