Harbour Heels

Back to London and back to blogging - it's been a while for both! I have spent a lovely two weeks visiting my family and the return to the reality is always bittersweet. Gladly, there is this beautiful harbour not far from where I live so I can pretend that I'm still on holiday! Taking every opportunity to enjoy these last days of Summer!
I wanted to change my usual comfy sandals and boyfriend jeans to something more girly today. I've had this nude COS dress for a couple of seasons now and it works well in both summer and winter (just add black tights). I especially love how perfectly it matches tanned skin (which I can be proud of only for a very short time throughout the year). And my Louboutins were, funnily enough, very in sync with the whole harbour theme.
What have you been up to? Let me know x

Instagram Traveling Diary

It seems like it's been a while since my last post. I have been away from London for two weeks now, enjoying my well deserved holidays. Throughout all these days I have been doing nothing but spend time with my family and friends. Here is my travel diary, shot on my iPhone and published on Instagram (@juliashutenko). Scroll down and I will walk you through what I've seen and loved the most.
PS. I am going to be back in London very soon with some very exciting projects lined ahead! Can't wait to share it all with you guys! Stay tuned!

First stop was Norrkoping, pretty town in Sweden. Just how cute is this street?

How many times in your life did you get a ladder envy? This was my first.

Nightlife in Sweden is as stylish as its' street style.

Best of the best and my greatest perfume crush for two years now - Byredo. Have you tried it?

You don't go past Daim ice-cream! You just don't.

They know how to lead a chic lifestyle in Sweden.

The country of the greatest outdoors too!

My second stop was Klaipeda, Lithuania. This is my hometown where my family and my dog live. Meet Teddy and please vote for Ryanair to allow pets on board. Teddy is so missed in London!

Home cooked food is the tastiest!

Horses need some sun too! Here's one of them enjoying his afternoon.

I was so happy to attend my friends wedding last weekend! We were very lucky with the weather too.

I am wearing: Acne Studios dress, Christian Louboutin heels.

My last stop of the trip was 'Karpyne' where I went with my family for a couple of days. How amazing is it?

Have you been to any holidays recently? Let me know x

On the Top

This is the last outfit post from Cyprus (sad face). Why should holidays ever end? You know the feeling when you know you are leaving soon and you are so envious of everyone who has just arrived and is yet to explore this wonderful place? That's pretty much how I felt for the last two days in Protaras. Thankfully, I have lots and lots of pictures to remind me of this wonderful time (as well as this little orange flower in my hair that I picked up in the local shop while on the holiday.)
This Boden dress was perfect to explore a bit of the surroundings of the island. It's bright flower print together with my coral sandals and mirrored sunnies made me feel slightly Hawaiian and very holiday-spirited.
I found myself on the edge of this cliff right before the sunset. This was a perfect place to say goodbye to the island and make a wish to come back soon.

When in Cyprus

This was the second outfit I wore during my Cyprus holiday. I've had this Cos dress for a year now and it has never worked as well as in this exotic location. Cos is one of the best high-street stores to go for the interesting cuts and minimalistic designs. The wonderful thing about this dress in particular is that you can style it in so many different ways. I have already had it as an office dress (paired with the blazer), evening dress (heels and evening accessories) and casual, as you can see here.

I should also mention my absolutely favourite neon wallet-purse from Comptoir des Cotonniers. I have never stepped anywhere without it during the trip. It is comfortable to store your phone, coins, cards and keys. Everything has it's own compartment inside and I just love it's design and colour!

I have already started missing my relaxing days in Cyprus and looking through these pictures bring back all the happy memories!

Do you have any holidays planned? Let me know x
