On the Top

This is the last outfit post from Cyprus (sad face). Why should holidays ever end? You know the feeling when you know you are leaving soon and you are so envious of everyone who has just arrived and is yet to explore this wonderful place? That's pretty much how I felt for the last two days in Protaras. Thankfully, I have lots and lots of pictures to remind me of this wonderful time (as well as this little orange flower in my hair that I picked up in the local shop while on the holiday.)
This Boden dress was perfect to explore a bit of the surroundings of the island. It's bright flower print together with my coral sandals and mirrored sunnies made me feel slightly Hawaiian and very holiday-spirited.
I found myself on the edge of this cliff right before the sunset. This was a perfect place to say goodbye to the island and make a wish to come back soon.

Flower Power

Floaty. Again! It's yet another floaty light dress I wore while in Cyprus. This time it's by Charlie Jade and I love everything about it. It's so easy and comfortable to wear during the lazy holiday days and evenings! And what a lovely print! I must admit that anything colour blue tends to immediately catch my attention and jumps to the top of the list of the colours inside my wardrobe. I am not even sure if it's simply a phase or a lifelong pattern.
I have found this beautiful flower wall right behind the hotel I was staying in. I wish you could smell the aroma that surrounded me while shooting this!
There is just one more Cyprus post yet to come so keep checking my website for the updates.
PS. It ain't gonna be floaty anymore! x

When in Cyprus

This was the second outfit I wore during my Cyprus holiday. I've had this Cos dress for a year now and it has never worked as well as in this exotic location. Cos is one of the best high-street stores to go for the interesting cuts and minimalistic designs. The wonderful thing about this dress in particular is that you can style it in so many different ways. I have already had it as an office dress (paired with the blazer), evening dress (heels and evening accessories) and casual, as you can see here.

I should also mention my absolutely favourite neon wallet-purse from Comptoir des Cotonniers. I have never stepped anywhere without it during the trip. It is comfortable to store your phone, coins, cards and keys. Everything has it's own compartment inside and I just love it's design and colour!

I have already started missing my relaxing days in Cyprus and looking through these pictures bring back all the happy memories!

Do you have any holidays planned? Let me know x

Into the Sunset

While packing for my holiday trip to Cyprus, I was focusing mainly on floaty light dresses. I knew I wouldn't want to wear anything heavier in the island's hot temperatures. This beautiful LNA Clothing  dress went into the suitcase before anything else and I couldn't wait to wear it for the first time. Since then, it's my go-to item (giving that London is so hot right now). I have been wearing it a couple of times while on the holiday and today it's going to make its London debut.

It's perfect for both day and evening, just pair it with the right accessories. I didn't want to look to dressed up and decided to add metallic clutch, nude sandals and aviators. Heels? Maybe I'll try it one of these days.

In the meantime, hello Friday and off I go! x

Welcome to Paradise!

Paradise has just got a real map location and it's in Cyprus! To be more specific, it's on the southeastern edge of the island - Protaras. I have just returned from a wonderful week there and my holiday blues are already in full mode. It's the classic 'I wish I could stay there forever' scenario, which I must admit would be even worse if it wasn't for the fact that London is so hot and sunny right now, making the transition to the reality way easier.

So, let me just briefly describe Cyprus to you. Imagine this: absolutely always sunny and very hot (but comfortable) weather, pleasant breeze, palm trees, sea and food...So much food! Well, truth be told, I haven't seen too much of the rest of the Cyprus as this week was officially passing under the LAZY title. But judging from what I have seen, there is no need to search for anything else if you are looking for the perfect beach holiday away from the busy reality.

My home for the week was the Pernera Beach Hotel with...here it comes...all inclusive! It means, unlimited drinks all day long by the pool, bar and on the beach, unlimited snacks and ice cream throughout the day. And don't get me started on the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets! I admit - I am an eater (if I can munch something all day long, that constitutes a very happy day), and my God, what a belly feast this week was! Such a variety and so delicious!

I have spent my days polishing my 'relaxing and doing nothing' skills. It went pretty much like this: breakfast - tanning by the pool - swimming in the pool - food (the one that comes between the breakfast and the lunch) - more tanning - more swimming - lunch - walk on the beach - swimming in the sea - and more of the same until it's dinner time (more food). And if I could live my life like this for the most part of the year, I would!

Seems like my brief description is turning into a very long monologue, so I am wrapping up.

One more thing...
