London Fashion Week, February 15th

Hi guys! Sorry for a couple of days of silence. If you follow me on the Instagram (@juliashutenko) you know that I've been fighting a flu for a couple of days and was forced to miss the first day of London Fashion Week and spend the whole Valentine's Day in bed. I am still not completely well, but I'm back in business and here is my take on London Fashion Week, Day 2.

So you have probably heard that weather in the UK is playing mean tricks lately. Yesterday was no different. One moment it was pouring down with rain and in a few minutes sun came out. There was a lot of umbrella vs. sunglasses action around Somerset House. Because I was still taking it very easy yesterday, I could only attend a couple of shows and rushed back into bed. But those couple of shows were oh so good! Every season I admire Holly Fulton and John Rocha and yesterday their collections were as wonderful as ever. You'll see some of my shots from the shows if you scroll down.

In terms of my outfit, it might not be visible, but I have layers and layers of clothes to keep me warm. Dressing for February fashion week is never easy. It's cold, it's wet and you still have to try and look good. I am wearing Finders Keepers' top and trousers paired with my most versatile black coat and favourite heels.

Hope you enjoy my LFW diary and do come back tomorrow for more updates. Have a lovely Sunday and I am off to see TOPSHOP UNIQUE show.

London Fashion Week, Day 2

London Fashion Week, day two has flown by with an incredible speed. As I have mentioned before, this was my busiest fashion week day, with too many shows and events to attend. By the end of the day I was falling off my feet, though still very proud of mastering a whole day in heels! Who said you can't walk in Louboutins?

I have seen so many beautiful clothes, models and catwalks throughout the day! Not to mention the street style around Somerset House which is always inspiring to me!
I have seen shows by Zoe Jordan, The Swedish School of Textiles, Holly Fulton, David Koma and Ashish.

Below you can find a little sneak peaks of some of the shows.

For the second day I chose this classy but still chic look. This DKNY throw is my go-to item whenever I need to keep warm and these cropped trousers are having a come back (check Victoria Beckham SS14 collection for the inspiration.) I also don't know what I would do without this bag as it perfectly fits a camera, flat shoes, charger for my phone, tickets, make up and wallet.

What do you think about this outfit? And do let me know what you are all up to these days x
