There's a new pop-up store alert in London. It's very exclusive, it opens today and will last for only four days. What's the store you wonder? It's Julien David. 

Yesterday I had a chance to celebrate the opening and have a sneak peek at what this pop-up has to offer. The collection is what I would call casual edgy. Every piece is fun, very different and is made from the most intricate materials. It's the way to go if you don't want to blend with the crowd and are looking for some statement pieces for the season. 

The absolute highlight of the evening? Meeting Julien.

Make sure you pop into the store from November 28 to December 1,  from 11am-8pm. It's located in the heart of Shoreditch, 64 Charlotte Road, EC2A 3PE.

Happy Monday guys! Hope you are ready to enjoy another week and have nice after-work activities planned. So far, it's mostly meetings and more meetings on my schedule, but I always enjoy those, so nothing to complain about.
Speaking of work, this outfit is something that I've put on for an important interview last week. I wanted to look professional and grown up with some chic element to it. I can always rely on my Lanvin heels when it comes to chic. It's been more than a year since I've got them in New York and every time I open the box butterflies still have a blast in my stomach. Sometimes all you need is some mid November sun, good set of stairs, black mirrored sunglasses and almost entirely black outfit to feel good about a rather ordinary week day. I have worn this ensemble for a full day of meetings and a whole lot of running around. Even though my initial idea included heels, I've been quickly reassured that the flats were the way to go. It just never seems realistic to spend the entire day of walking in heels without sacrificing my feet.

Studded

Once in a while I like to mix things up and go for an outfit that is a bit more fun, adventurous and has more attitude. That's how this studded cap has finally seen the light of day rather than just been tried on at home in front of the mirror. I have also realized that I haven't done a single attempt to tribute this seasons' plaid trend along with the 'tie-it-around-the-waist' trend. So here I am rocking all three of those and I've got to say it felt good to be tougher.

Timeless Dancers

Hey guys! Happy weekend everyone! I am indescribably happy to be back home visiting my parents and my dog and just simply enjoying some time off.

I thought I would treat you to this amazing short film from The Kooples celebrating the launch of their new Timepiece collection. The video features a couple in an iconic The Kooples look dancing to the garage rock of Black Grease by the Black Angels emulating the motion of the clock. The watches have been created in collaboration with Swiss luxury watchmaker Johan Isaacs.

Take a look guys and I hope it will have the same effect on you as it had on me. All I wanted to do is put on some leather and dance like I have never danced before. Aw, who doesn't want to be that girl?
