Wonder

It's Friday and as usual I'm very excited about the weekend. I'm also excited to leave this past week behind as there were too many visits to the doctor to find the reason for my sudden weakness. Hopefully it's over now, and I do feel much much better.

Yesterday was a a very nice day, part of which we spent in this amazing location. I had no idea this place exists (and so close to my house too). It's called One New Change and is located right in front of St.Paul's (Bank station). It's a new development full of shops, restaurants and a roof terrace with this spectacular view. I felt like I was a tourist exploring new places. I can definitely recommend you  visit it if you get the chance. On a sunny day you can sit in the Maddison restaurant right on the terrace and enjoy the beauty that is London.

As for this outfit, this is my favourite Acne dress and every time I find a reason to wear it I feel very elegant and dressed up. It also reminds me of my New York trip as I wore it to a night out in the Meatpacking District and to have some pictures done near Carrie Bradshaw's apartment. Yesterday I decided to wear this dress with a similar coloured blazer and it happened to complement the architecture around me. It was also a first time I took my Sandro 'Wonder' box bag out for a walk. It's the most perfect statement accessory to have and me and 'Wonder' are bound to have  a lot of fun ahead of us.

Tomorrow is a BIG day for me to say the least. You'll be one of the first to know what's happening if you keep an eye on my Instagram.

Have a great Friday! xo

They're Different

Two weeks ago I had the honour to attend the launch of these Futura by Silhouette sunglasses at Matches. It was a great celebration of the 50 years of this iconic design and the reveal of the SS14 style.

The sunglasses are so cool and unique that I just had to challenge myself and experiment with different ways of styling them. They are like nothing else that I own and I have to say they inspired me to try and be more inventive with my style too.

On the other hand, all experiments aside, these sunnies are perfect for daily life. Come summer, you will see them a lot on this blog and on my Instagram (@juliashutenko). It will always be one of the statement pieces in my wardrobe. One that will definitely make me stand out from the crowd.

Buy your Futura sunglasses at Matches (here).
